10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • At any time with 30 days written notice
  • Immediately for material breach of terms
  • Upon non-payment of fees
  • For violation of acceptable use policy

Upon termination, you will retain access to export your data for 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Kalkaai is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
